Eco toilets

The construction of the eco-toilet started on April 25 in northern Mongolia, the dredging process was delayed due to unfrozenearth surface (temperatures may go down to – 30 or 40 degrees celsius). The materials which were used in the framework of the project were : wall rings, cement, 3cm planks, 5cm planks, spike, gravel, sand, and roofing iron. Each household was advised to dig a pit latrine, fill it with cement to seal the pit (the hole of toilet is built impermeably without soil contamination), and make an installed hole. Furthermore, Local government supported the households who have eco toilet since it will make available a free aspirator car once a year.
