Mejoramiento del Habitat de familias de Nacahuil

The project of rehabilitation, ordering of patios and construction of family gardens has been carried out in the San Jose Nacahuil Village, inhabited mostly by families of Kachiquel origin. Families who participated in the project lived in houses built with sheets, boards, partial walls of adobe, with a oor in spaces that at the same time ser- ve as a bedroom and kitchen and without further ventilation. For all the families who intervened in the project, a 24.50 structure of covered area and cement oor have been made. During the project, a change in materials has been suggested by some professionals.
