Land title regularization in Shinyanga district

The project, that started in February, has involved the following activities: Coordination of plot boundaries, Preparation of survey plan and amendment of regularization plan, Approval process to the beneficiaries, town planning authorities and zonal office. THE NEXT STEPS IN THE PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION : Preparation of 2000 Certificate rights of Occupancy (CRO) and Provision to the owners. This will be the next step of Project implementation, this is the office work whereby SHDEPHA+ team in collaboration with Shinyanga district land department are preparing 2000 CRO and Issuance to the primary beneficiaries.
