10 Core Houses

Until now 7 out of 10 of the families have been provided completed houses. Procurement of building materials is always done locally to support the community and local businesses in the area of operations. That allows to cuts down on transportation costs. HFHT has local labor building teams in the areas where it operates and use the same teams because they are familiar with the house specifications and know what needs to be done. Volunteers were not part of the building process due to Covid-19. The authorities are involved in the provision of water and electricity.
