Proyecto Hidrosanitario Nindiri-2da etapa

This project is the second stage of execution (the rst one was the AM/30/18) of this project in the community of Los Brenes (La Chureca), families that live in the sector adjacent to the Municipal Land ll of Nindiri. FUNDESONIC has provided to every family a module with a bathroom with a Hydrosanitary System. The NGO’s desire was that all members of a family could perform their physiological needs without cau- sing harm to the health of their peers or generate environmental pollution in their communities. In Nicaragua the latrines are being eliminated little by little to give way to the bathrooms with hidrosanitary systems, Fundesonic is contributing decisively in this and although there have been advances in the implementation of this system, it has not been of massive application, for what the NGO has been integrating to

the project, the social component who has been the one who promoted, organized, trained and monitored the participants of the project in an educational and formative way, thereby achieving sustainability through cultural change.
