This will take place at the Vivienda Foundation, located at Ochagav\u00eda 10.060, commune El Bosque.<\/p>\n<p>This celebration seeks to commemorate the memory of Josse, better known as \u201cthe father of the mediaguas.\u201d Josse van der Rest dedicated his life to helping those who needed it most, especially those without homes. He worked with the Vivienda Foundation and Hogar de Cristo, building homes for the less fortunate.<\/p>\n<p>He arrived in Chile in 1958. After various jobs he met the Hogar de Cristo, where he began his fight against segregation and the exclusion of the poor in the country, and then spread to many other countries. This year he would have turned 100 years of life and 69 years of priesthood.
